Ladies, you are invited to the 2026 Women’s Conference as we explore the topic of hospitality with speaker Christie Dougherty.

About Our Speaker:

Christie Dougherty grew up on a farm just outside of Le Mars, Iowa. She was raised in a home where her parents loved Jesus and taught her the Bible. Christie accepted Jesus as her personal Savior at an early age. She attended Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska, where she majored in Bible and Intercultural Ministries. 

Christie met her husband Andy, who is from England, when she was serving as a missionary overseas. Together Christie and Andy served at Christian camps in Alaska and Colorado before moving back to Le Mars to be close to family.

They have three sons; Elijah (20), Jude (19), and Titus (16), who keep Christie busy at sporting events and in the kitchen! Christie has spent the last 21 years primarily as a stay-at-home mom, but she also works part-time as a substitute in the public school system. She attends Le Mars Bible Church where she enjoys regularly teaching women and youth. Christie is passionate about teaching God’s Word and loves to serve the body of Christ in that way.
